וליחוש דלמא זוטרי וקא טעין רברבי א"ר יוסי בר חנינא דקאמרי ספר פלוני ופלוני

we presume the owner generally to have resigned his right [unless we know definitely to the contrary], we are told that it was only where the proprietors have [explicitly] renounced them that this will be so,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., that their right will come to an end.
